to put his ###### back in his pants. That is what got him arrested. If he had just stopped in midstream like the cop told him , things would have been fine. But nooooo, aint nobody gonna tell that dirtpecker what he can and cant do on a public city sidewalk. Does anyone have the video of him when he was released on bond from the slammer ? He was still pretty teed off , as I recall.
