thru the roof, so here goes...

When LJC was being renovated a couple of years ago, the old seats were offered (sold) to the general public with one caveat: the seats would not stand up on their own without being bolted to the floor or having "feet" welded to the bottom.

This gentleman (gentlewoman) has done the ladder.
