If you're interested, Bleacher Report has put up their preview of the ACC for the 2018 season. It seems they're very bullish on the Tigers, which, isn't surprising. There's nothing that really stands out as a "hot-take" in the article, but, they are predicting the Tigers to go 12-0 (which, for some, isn't a "hot-take") when many pundits are predicting us to lose at least one regular season game.

VT at 10-2 with all of the attrition that they have suffered

is a pretty big hot take IMO. I think that's going to be a 7-8 win team. I'd probably go 10-2 for Miami, 11-1 for Clemson (because i never predict anyone to go unbeaten), and less than 9 wins for State, but that's mostly just nitpicking a little. The article is actually pretty good for something on Bleacher Report.

I could even see VT going 6-6 this year. It looks like a rebuild year for them, overall very young roster and massive attrition, with improvement in 2019.
