Li'l campus help for an old timer

Ok not real old, but I graduated in 91 and the campus has changed a LOT since then, even though I, miraculously have changed very little. 
My kids and I will be passing through Clemson Monday and I wanted to give them a little Clemson experience without the crowds of a home football game, but I fear much of campus will be closed for the MLK holiday.
Regardless, when I was at Clemson, we'd get great Clemson milkshakes over by the P&A building (I think - my rememberer ain't what it used to be), but I think that's moved now. Where can we go (assuming they're open) to get some Clemson Dairy Dept shakes?
Do any of you, current students or staff, know if the bookstore and the milkshake place, etc, will be open on Monday?
The stadium used to be open sometimes for people to run the stairs or whatever. I assume these days with our high profile status that it's always locked up, but don't know. Might it be open?

which is on East campus behind the high rises. It's called the 55' Exchange.
The stadium is probably going to be locked but check the player entrances for both the home and visiting teams. Just keep in mind, if they are open and you go near The Rock, you will activate a security alarm.

Noted. We'll keep away from the rock! Although it wouldn't be the first time I activated an alarm on campus - but would be the first time doing it with my kids!! And the first since maybe '89? That's all I'm saying about that....

I did hear that they added some angle iron and wire at the top of the fence to dissuade would-be trespassers.

I nearly got caught exploring underground Clemson.
We apparently tripped an alarm that we didn't even know existed.
We only managed to get away because some other people doing the same thing we were popped-out of another nearby access and campus security went after them instead of us.
