Clemson, UGA, GT, and coots used to all play each other every year but UGA decided they could no longer play Clemson and coots both in the same year. So UGA worked out a rotation where they would play Clemson two years, then the coots two years, but that was short-lived because the coots joined the sec. Once that happened, UGA gave up on regularly scheduled games with Clemson and the rivalry was killed.

As a brand new dgd and Georgia student but a lifetime Clemson fan and alum, I don't know if my heart could take that.

That being said, I'd trade pretty much anything to not have to worry about players getting ACL injuries as the jackets attempt to take out their knees.

Muschamp already stated they won’t play an option team. It takes actual defensive coaching & discipline to be successful.

The $CU defense is slow, they take bad angles to the ball carrier, and they tackle poorly.

Paul Johnson and the GT offense would have a field day against the $CU defense.

Our coaching staff wants this. Your fans and staff want this. SC and GT don't want this and will stamp their feet and hold their breath whenever this is suggested. Also, both of our rivals make up a healthy portion of the lawmakers in our respective states and I would not put it past either of them to pass a law making this impossible.

For what it's worth, rumors are still around that Clemson and UGA are trying to petition the NCAA to allow our Spring and/or Fall scrimedges to be played against one another, which I personally feel is the best ide.
