I watched their game against WV and it seemed their offensive line allowed pressure all night against them. A few blown routes defensively by WV landed multiple big plays and ultimately led to WV losing. VT struggled greatly on 3rd down which is a big issue and will give us many opportunities on offense if it isn't fixed. I expect them to be more sharp than in their 1st game. Secondly against ECU (I know it ended in a blowout due to the 3rd Quarter) but ECU seemed to be in it during the first half, I don't think they have the firepower to score enough on our defense to win, alsowatching their defense seemed to stay with softer coverage and WV RBs ate up big yardage plays pretty consistently, ours are better. I see us moving fairly easily at least and if not scoring, at least putting our defense in a good spot all night. I expect something around 35-17 if we can keep away the jitters and blown coverage. I do expect a more polished team from them and we don't blow this one away too badly as they have a great home crowd.

You are correct.Nobody is on the team, but some of us like to take on the Head Coach's persona
and talk about the next game, not future games.

They have to stay focused on the next game... imagine if they screamed "beat VaTech!" Instead of "BC"....
Can't have that.
Anyway.... for us unlucky fans who don't get to influence the game.....
I've read a couple of their boards and most expect us to run over them.... Not as bad as we did against UL, but still soundly. They are concerned about their lines and their lack of depth. They also don't believe they have the play makers to compete with us in space. Several mention our secondary as our weakness but others (most of them) correctly see it as less of a weakness but rather a statement of just how good we are comparatively everywhere else.
Their big hope is coaching and game plan which i agree is the one thing that could make it interesting. That's not a knock on our coaches but a respect on what JF can do.

Because as great a we played there were a couple.

the only way they win is if we #### the bed and they show. If we show and they ####, its a blowout.
I think they compete for a half but then things settle down and depth and talent take over and we pull away, like we started to do last year (went up 21) before their little comeback.
They have one good WR which is easier to scheme than a dynamic QB (Louis) and they have a suspect running game. Their defense is good (although currently ranked in the 60s which is interesting given 2 of their 3 opponents so far are awful) but their DL is paper thing. I just don't see the overall talent level and depth keeping up.
