If this is his second incident, I'd probably suspend him for 4 games.
If this was his third incident, I'd kick him off the team.

Not necessarily the same kind of problem as Kelly, but still with leaving & coming back, plus now some serious offenses with freakin' heroin...guy is a time bomb. How can you count on such a impactful position when obviously football is not his first priority???
