I'm 22, yes I use my phone during breaks in the game. Most of the time to check things in our game or other games.

progress, but during breaks, it's nice to be able to check Twitter and ESPN to see injury reports, other scores, and other updates on our game or the other game that I couldn't typically get in the stadium

It's annoying to see everyone on their phones at concert and games, but ya know, they have the tickets, they can do what they want!
I hear people saying that a phone takes away from your true concert experience. This is often from someone who smoked 2 joints and drank a pint of tequila before they went to concerts back in the day so...
