Just saw on Bleacher Report where Deshaun Watson

Is already planning on next year to be his last. I understand completely but I already miss this comfortable, secure feeling knowing as long as he wears the Paw, anything is completely possible!

Besides that already being mentioned, I would never expect him to stay nor want him to. Already expected number one pick, with one knee injury behind him; it would be wrong to ask more from the kid. He will do wonders this season, after that go get his; he and his families deserves it.

You are absolutely right, only want the best for him and all of our guys! He's going to do enough in 3 years(actually 2 1/2) to add to his record! He's an awesome young man on and off the field.

He said that he has a list of goals for next season and if he accomplishes those goals he would maybe leave early to tackle the goal of being an NFL player.

Most of these guys give back to the program if they hit it big. If that were the case no recruit would ever leave the state. You got to think at this point he has mostly online classes. He would be a distraction for everyone in class and he would get endlessly hassled.

It's just my opinion and I may get flamed, but I think of a player leave early to go pro that they should have to pay back the full amount of tuition they earned while on scholarship.

I see where you're coming from. Not a bad idea. But here's a counter argument. An average play who is good enough to leave early. How much money did they make their school? I'd say a lot more than tuition

Flame on? Seriously you expect more from him? I thank him for attending, giving his life and future in clemsons hands. He could of gone many many other places; and without him would of lost many a game last year.

Did I specifically say DW4? Nope. Just saying in general. The university spends thousands of dollars on these athletes and they are treated like royalty while they're students. I just feel like the least they could is honor a 4 year commitment. Like I said, it's just my opinion.

Say goodbye to almost every solid 4* and 5* recruit if you require a 4 year stay, besides red shirts.

Its ur opinion! You do realize the amount of money is made from a player like DW4. Him taken us to a title game paid for his time at Clemson alone.

Him taking us to natty, exposure and coattail fan purchases alone paid for football program for several years.
