She’s an surgery nurse in Gvegas and was talking about this 450 lb jackleg that came to hospital for bypass surgery.
First the sumbish arrived right after eating several burgers, fries and a large milkshake so they had to postpone surgery a day. The day they were to send him home, he couldn’t pisz and they scoped him and he had 550 cc of pisz in his bladder.
So out comes the catheter. Can you imagine getting a catheter on this dude? She said it took 2 nurses folding back the fat and they still had problems finding his dink! They were all laughing like crazy, LOL!

NURSES are worth every $$$ they can get!
