I think that it's Awesome that Clemson has taken such an interest in our special needs kids in America. Question, is Clemson the only college that offers a program like this for special need kids in the country. If so, that is just wrong bc, all kids deserve the chance to better their quality of life through top tier education and training!!!

Fortunately programs like this are prevalent across the nation.
Clemson, South Carolina and Coastal Carolina offer the LIFE program. College of Charleston has a similar program called REACH. I don’t know if LIFE is a state of South Carolina thing, but either way, universities across the country have these type of offerings.

I volunteer at Clemson Community Care, an agency that provides food and other resources to the needy. Several LIFE program members often volunteer at CCC and they are a delight to work with. These kids will brighten anyone's day.
