Not just that, he was desperate enough to go for it on 4th and 1 from his own 34 yard line in the 1st half! That just reeks of desperation. They went for it on 4th down 6 times in that game!!!!

Yes, but Nyles Pickney blew that up by beating a double team. If Nyles didn't make the play then the holder probably gets at least a couple of yards. Probably not a first down but Nyles just blows past the guard and tackle making the long snapper stand up and watch him make the tackle. The entire left side of the line is watching their game go down the tubes at that point.

I think he said if we played in the SEC we would finish 5-5. Clemson would win their first 5 and then be too tired to compete after that. Finebaum then confirmed this was 100% accurate.

During Saban's halftime interview you can tell he had given up all hope in the game unless they could make something happen quickly in the 3rd quarter. heck even when they went for it on 4th down in their own end of the field before half it felt like he's in desperation mode and had to keep up with our offense.
