I think that it works this way—- the number one seed gets to choose between Atlanta or Phoenix to play the four seed.

Unless someone from the west finishes the regular season ranked number one the choice will very likely be Atlanta. I’m not sure it works this way but I believe that is what I read. A matchup with LSU would be ideal I think.
