If Ferrell and Austin have the potential to leave early. Register could take off with degree in hand. Yeargin coming off neck injury. J. Williams moving to DT. We will be thin at DE next year and there will be opportunity for all 3 to play early and often at DE.

Y'all forget about other recruiting classes so quickly. The guys that leave don't have to immediately be replaced by incoming freshmen, there have been guys waiting their turn that are going to absolutely shine here

He committed as a DE and he projects best to DE. Why would you want to take a top100 DE and move him to another position?

Seriously though... this is the dumbest thing I've read on TNET in a long time. The #1 ranked DE is coming to Clemson and you want to move him to DT? We have gotten uncomfortably thin at DE very quickly. There's a good chance we sign 4 DEs in this class.

No, I am not lobbying for him to move came inside. I should have been more clear. Some guys outgrow their position. With his sheer size and power I thought he may grow into a DT. Not saying I want him to.

He'll stay at DE, it'll just mean we'll have and keep great depth in the rotation. Something you always need on that front four to make it at the end of big games.
