t, is it considered a forfeit? VaTech was going to host PennState in Sept. If the ACC cancels OOC games, do the coots get the win?

But if the game is canceled on the conference's call, how can a school be penalized? Were the games lost to hurricanes in the past couple of years considered forfeits? It would suck to forfeit a home game to your inferior rival. Who would do that?
