I'd receive and run it down NC State's throat to make a statement opening this game up. Get the crowd in it and don't allow Finlay to get a first shot. This gets the D fired up and then allows TL to open it up the next series. Go Tigers!

I wouldn't. We have been too slow to start most of our games this season, and I'd want to go on "D"
and hopefully pin them deep. Then take our opening drive, and get a long time-consuming drive, wearing their "D" down.
Besides Dabo has a preference for getting the ball to start the 2nd half, especially if the first half has Clemson with the ball to end the second quarter. It's like giving the opposing "D" another dose of some "bad" medicine after forcing the first dose down their throats!

Pin them deep? But opponents punter avg kicking it 80 yards against us. Anybody checked his stats yet? (Yes I know I can google it)

Their punter's net average will be increased by 15 yards or so since it's against Clemson.

Exactly right. If we win the toss out captain should say, "We want to play defense and choose that goal"!

I say that only because of the confidence in the run game as showed against Wake. Regardless, Go Tigers! Look for an exciting game and hopefully make a statement!
