they have it set up for two sec teams to get in..they botched last year..they wont do that this year

If Penn State loses today they become irrelevant to all CFP discussion.

Only thing they could do is be a spoiler to Ohio State. However, we can clearly see OSU will easily lay 50+ points on them. Their secondary just isn't good enough.
