If Morris waits just one more year Florida could very well

be an opportunity for him next season. Muschamp is on the hot seat big time and he has one year to fix the train wreck he has created in Gainesville or he's out.
Also it has been highly speculated Dana Holgorsen is in the same scenario at West Virginia where he has been a giant slayer then turns right around and loses to some flunky. That could be a much better fit than the doormat Vanderbilt is where they are 50th now in recruiting and at the bottom again in the SEC conference in spite of their second decent season in row. By the way, two of their best season EVER! That's a long time.

Also, Georgia Tech, good recruiting area....

Atlanta would give Chad the best chance to get the type of players he needs to quickly convert them from a triple option team into a HUNH offense.

for someone particularly if Tech elects to get away form Paul Johnson's triple option offense.

But you can sustain excellence at a school like Tech.....

or Florida a lot easier than you can at a school like Vandy. Tennessee is not a recruiting hotbed, while Georgia and Florida certainly qualify as talent rich.

Tennessee certainly has its share of quality players, but...

most of them are more likely to sign with schools like Tennseess, Missouri, or Alabama over Vandy.

expects boo out of Vandy...GT has a horrible campus, crappy stadium, academic hurdles and oh by the way, the entire state is UGA or bust...Atlanta has PLENTY of players and NONE of them are interested in Tech...

PJ still had 2 more years left on his contract and the buyout it too big for tech to fire him. Tech fans are ready for him and his offense to leave but word is they will let the contract run it's course.

& if Muschamp fails, they will be even less likely to visit the coordinator route again.

I agree w that. He will probably end up taking a mid tier job first. Vandy isn't a good fit. Louisville would have been. He is better off at a Mid tier program where he can beat up on lower talent. Then he would be considered for a Florida type job.
