why isn't Harbaugh climbing up trees or having sleep overs at his home. The fact that Harbaugh isn't doing this tells me he feels pretty confident that Gary is going to Michigan. Just reading tea leaves.

It has happened before.
But I agree that several signs point to Michigan: former coach hired there; indecisiveness over who he is going to visit last; lack of "reaction" by Harbaugh; historical interest in Michigan, etc.

home visit and assistants coaches are only allowed in person contact once a week. I don't think the kid or his mom are into playing games like that so if he had made his choice I don't think he would be making visits. Michigan may end up getting him, but the Smith hasn't said that it just people making that assumption because a former coach is at Michigan.

Gary is going to Michigan. He and his mom are good people and want to do the right thing. His friends are there and he feels comfortable there. In the end he'll be a wolverine. I'm more concerned with secondary recruiting.

Would be great to get him but we have nothing but 4 and 5 stars at DT. Basically at every position for that matter. Even if we don't get another commit we should expect nothing less than Tampa next year

I live about 90 mins south of Ann Arbor. There is just a dusting of snow. It was bright and sunny all day. The weather is NOT bad and if he is saying he can't leave until Monday, that sounds like bad news to me, because the weather is fine.

In his defense bro, northern NJ (where he lives) is a fn disaster zone right now with over 30" of fresh snow on the ground and more to come. They even closed down all traffic in / out / around NYC today at 2:30pm. So he may not be able to leave because incoming flights to Newark, JFK, LGA, etc. & traffic are majorly impacted right now. Just a thought. I live in upstate New York and we are much more accustomed to the snowfall and know how to manage it but 2ft in NYC and everything literally shuts down for days.
