If Dabo continues to be successful and finally starts beating the Chickens and someone comes along and wants him, they would pay the $5 mil.

You don't understand how these things work. Dabo is in a great position in negotiating. He is winning and takes less than market value to pay his assistants. Also, there aren't many teams that can afford 5 million plus a 4-5 million dollar salary. Our Ad knows a lot more than you about contracts.
