Why don’t we hire a coach that specializes in inbounds plays because we sure as heck need something to get the ball in bounds

Amen brother. When u find him , make sure he realizes that EVERY possession counts. When games invariably come down to 1 or 2 buckets, sloppy ball handling and inbounds plays get you beat fast. Our press break is awful. You have to attack their press and take advantage of it or they'll never quit. The one or two times we did, we either got points or fouled.
