Limiting it to only Freshmen or Freshmen/Sophomores. College football is about to enter into the dangerous world of free agency with no luxury tax or salary cap.

If a HC or postion Coach can leave then a player should be afforded that same .

I agree. it was kind of odd how it just popped up out of no where. seemed like they gave it about 5 minutes thought before implementing it
