How much is the passing game hurt by 17 mph winds?

Does it eliminate the passing game?
Does it make it where you better score during the quarters that the wind is at your back because the other two quarters are a no go?
Obviously winds at some point just kill an offense, if 17 high enough?

Trevor Lawrence will have no problem because he throws a strong ball. Kelly Bryant's soft balls will become even more inaccurate.

Our passing game will be fine in 17mph winds.

well if the wind is going towards the offense, a screen could become a backwards lateral and could become a fumble if not caught. although that shouldn't happen

Won't affect Trevor as much but it will affect both of them. I expected to run a lot in this game anyway as Dabo wanted our RB's to get more touches.

Maybe it won't be that windy on the field due to Death Valley blocking it out some depending on wind angle?

I am sure the new facilities have a practice field that simulates all conditions. It's all automated high tech stuff. Hail, sleet, 17mph winds, etc.

Statig the obvious, I am not an expert. However, I always thought gusts and shifting winds are more difficult for QB's to adjust to. Also, does it not have a bigger influence on the kicking game. Either way, we good.
