Why do you even think there would be bowls? Except for the top 4 or 5, they really depend on ticket sales for survival. Playing is one thing...and even that is sketchy at the moment. But putting butts in the seats is another process requiring too many minds to think alike.

Most Bowl games do NOT depend upon ticket sales for financial solvency. Have you not watched any bowl games lately? TV revenue and corporate sponsorship's drives that bus.
