Hotel information - for the budget minded

Just went through email for offers related to travel (general, not OB). Found there is a budget suites hotel that is showing about $90/night within a 10 or 15 minute drive of Fort Lauderdale airport and probably a 20 minute or 30 minute (traffic??) drive to Sun Life Stadium. It's in Davie. And I mention FLL airport because it is often cheaper than Miami.

It's worth noting it was originally built as a Homewood Suites so it may be a little nicer than the typical Extended Stay type.

Do you have any other rate advantages like AAA or AARP? Might try booking through them. I've found decent discounts in the past with AAA for one.

I think a good rule of thumb is that the further north and west you go the better the prices. Highest at the beach and closer to Miami.

In Sunrise. About another 20 minute drive to the stadium but still an easy and straight shot from FLL airport and to the stadium.

Email suggests $99 - $130 dollars depending on dates. And of course when you book is the most important piece as the number of open rooms directly ties to price.

and it is near a mall and minutes from the airport (and I suppose Sun Life Stadium is then only 20 minutes or so away). Supposedly caters to "shoppers" as it's tied to a mall and comes in relatively inexpensive (as stated in the email.) Exact dates may change the price.
