Hope Pagano does well in the Autonation Cure bowl

I know he went to Oregon to help his draft status. No better place than in a bowl in Vegas to do so.

His transfer was a gross misjudgment on his part. If anything, his draft stock probably went down. He could be on a 12-1 Clemson team about to be under the bright lights in a playoff game versus Alabama.

I imagine he would've played a lot as well.

Imagine? He'd have helped when Dexter needed that break off his injured foot so he could heal quicker. IMO, he had his reasons I guess, but the decision has proved to be a bad one career wise. Good luck, Pagano...but you should have stayed.

So you believe the reason we lost to Syracuse was because we didn’t have our backup DT from the year before? Cmon now
Pagano would have lost some PT this year to Pinckney, Huggins, and Robinson.

He was hurt and had surgery so he would played little regardless of which team he played on this year

A couple of other thoughts
I am not so sure he transferred to improve his draft stock. Perhaps he simply wanted a new secenery/opportunity in his final year of college ball.
He graduated from CU, was never in trouble, played hard and by all accounts was a good teammate. He should be encouraged by CU fans instead of mocked

Are you referring to me?

I've done nothing but defend Pagano, but I guess I need to reword my posts because I've received 2 obnoxious tmails regarding this.
For the life of me, no matter how many times I reread my post, I cannot seem to find where my post says anything negative about Scott Pagano.

All 3 waited and made their selfish decisions AFTER NSD,when they realized that they wouldn't be starters.Had they been man enough, or a good enough team mate to have made their decisions BEFORE NSD, all would be well.

He is experiencing something new, with a great campus and facilities, furthering his education, in another great location to experience. He will always be a Tiger. He accomplished a lot at Clemson.

Flying to Hawaii is an expensive and brutal trip...
Dec 16, 2017, 9:22 AM
|
|
...especially for a big person. It's a nine hour flight from ATL to HNL plus dealing with the 6 hour time change. I've done it about 30 times. It's much easier from the west coast.
Very expensive for family to come visit.
There may have been other reasons, but that certainly must be taken into consideration.

1. It’s the Las Vegas Bowl. 2. He did what he thinks was best for him. Not you. Not me. Not Dabo. Him. Stop judging a college kid.
