OK I know this has probably has been addressed before, but whats with both teams wearing home jerseys? I noticed last night Tennessee and NC State doing the same. I thought that was illegal. Why and how did they do that?

I heard because the games were on a neutral site, they wanted the teams to wear their home colors.
