I wanted to give you an update. I said in my last post here a couple of weeks ago that I was in a situation where I felt I would experience either the best thing or the worst thing to ever happen in my life. I did not anticipate that both would happen. On Thursday, December 26th, I experienced the greatest joy in my life when I heard the heartbeat of our first child. On Friday, January 3rd, I experienced the greatest devastation in my life when we heard the stillness of a child gone so soon to heaven.

Thank you for your kind words and prayers. We are doing OK. God has been gracious to us.
