Have you been to Blacksburg?

Headed to Blacksburg for the first time and have some questions about parking/tailgating. Is a parking pass required for all lots ? Is there public parking within walking distance of lane stadium and are the lots set up like Clemson with room for tailgating etc. Is town nearby to walk to and visit bars ,restaurants to catch up on other games. Thanks for any info it's greatly appreciated

Here's a link to the parking for football. And yes, they're all within walking distance. The farthest lots (to the north as you'll see on the map) are about a 20 minute walk to the stadium but it's not bad. Downtown is close as well.
