Happy for my little Tigers

My kids were born into the Clemson family. Their ties run deep, parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents and more being Clemson grads. When Dabo was hired, they were already going to games, but barely old enough to know who the coach was. Within a few short years, they dealt with the West Virginia debacle and the 5-peat, all the while hopeful and faithful, but discouraged.

All that time, Dabo was building...working...believing. Now, just 5 short years later, look how they were rewarded. They have been to playoff games, seen us win national championships, and now, one of them is a Clemson junior.

I am so glad that they have grown up during the Dabo era. I only hope my future grandkids will get to catch the tail end of the golden era of Clemson football. Dabo should be so proud of what he has achieved, and the role model he has become to the next generation of Clemson fans...and Clemson grads.

You could have a 6 year old grandkid before Dabo's 60! There's a long tail left! :)

Two of mine are in college, and the youngest a junior in high school, so good chance (fingers crossed) that I have grandchildren before Dabo even turns 55!

his contemporaries. I believe that will also include a succession plan. He will do all he can to protect the legacy that he has built here.
