With the importance of the 3 games coming up after State ? He sits if I'm the coach. MAYBE he comes in later Saturday.... actually...nope, he sits the whole time. An outside chance I would give him a series or so to test things out but I doubt it.

What I would do is have him dress out,but not start.Make N.C.State think he is available.
If you remember Ellington didn't dress out for the Tech game which gave Paul Johson and Al Groh one less thing to worry about.
You don't have to use Sammy the entire game,maybe just a series or two,or use him as a decoy for a series or so.
In other words sit him if you don't need him,but have him ready to go.Gives the N.C.States coaching staff one more problem to worry about!

If we do things aren't going well on the field. You don't "test" him out in live situations when one well placed hit can set him back. Dabo is playing this right-he will be dressed out, but I think our other playmakers step up. The play of our O line and Boyd will determine the outcome of this game.

I think you dress him and put him on the field, but don't throw to him at all. Use him as a decoy. He'll draw double coverage and that will open the field for one the other extremely talented receivers. GO TIGERS!
