This is an excerpt from a 03/18/2020 e-mail from IPTAY and the Athletic Department:
"At this time, we are aware of the impact that COVID-19 may have on our football season ticket renewal period that is currently in process. Therefore, we will be extending the deadline for the 2020 football season ticket and parking application from April 3 to May 1. In addition, the IPTAY 2020 annual donation deadline has been extended from June 1 to June 30."

I didn't get the email, so I sent emails (Trust but Verify) to ticket office & IPTAY. They confirmed what AT put out. Thanks AT!

You're welcome smitty1959. The title of the e-mail was "IPTAY & Athletic Department Update." In my opinion, this title was more innocuous than it should have been since changing the dates for submitting ticket/parking applications and final payment is VERY important information. For this reason, I totally understand your "Trust but Verify" stance.
