and be just a little bit of a Clemson homer while he's on campus. It's almost like he's a little too impartial sometimes, although I really enjoy his commentary.

I'll have to show off Clemson University to my man, Eddie George. He's been excited to see Death Valley, and I told him it would be my honor to have him on our Camp Tour at Clemson. It's a great school...the football is terrific and the people are even better. I can't wait to get down there for the show.

his old local show has been taken over by guys that lets say, are not up to the previous standard. The one guy is alright, but the other is a asshat. No need to tell which is which, anybody that has listens knows. Other than that, they just ripped off Pack's old show with the same bits (whiner line) and characters (QCB)
There is also much less college football coverage than in the past, which blows.
His new show is on the college sports channel on XM

I must say that Pack brings up Clemson a good deal on the new show (at least that he is alumni)and it does not hurt that we are actually deceit and in the biggest game on the first weekend. From a national stage, this UGA game has really gotten us a lot of good pub from all the shows. They have been talking about this game for months now.
It was frustrating on his old show with the other homers that he had to be a little too neutral and not mention Clemson, but I think it adds to the college playbook show because you get a better tie to the atmosphere of college football when you know the ties all the hosts have.
Pack tells it like it is, so he is not just a homer, which s really refreshing compared to local radio

Isn't Sirius Radio owned by a Clemson man? I am sure that I read in one of the alumni magazines that one of our grads founded that enterprise,

inducties for 2012, I saw Kirk Hawkins....we used to party in the same group. He was quite the "adrenaline junkie". He has been doing some impressive things since those days. Congrats to him!
