I tend not to check with the state for approval before I eat some place. Heck, I'd like to cover a Papa John's pizza in Chik-Fil-A nuggets. How good would that be?

You are crazy. Best pizza of the chains hands down.

I agree - best chain pizza out there.***

You call your father 'Papa Scumbags'?***

My wife works at Corporate for Papa John's

Posted: Nov 15, 2012 8:08 AM

And John is right!

I really don't understand the logic in that boycott

[5]
Posted: Nov 15, 2012 8:43 AM

If you boycott Papa John's, then you are only hurting the existing employees that are trying to work. They'll get let go and then no one at PJ's will have a job. Unemployment for everyone.

Our country has become a nation of handouts.

I think his pizza sucks, that's why I don't eat it. But he

is also a jerk. Dude doesn't need to raise the price of his pizzas more than what he needs to cover the cost of health insurance.

Yeah, because you know his business model, tax structure,

[1]

expenses, profit margin, and all other aspects of his business more than he does, right?!?

Why don't you Obama zombies wake up and look the freak around you?

Duh, corporations are greedy and rich

he needs to share

Actually an analysis was done of Papa John's business

see the link below. But don't let facts get in the way of your anger.

This analysis does not include all the cost increase.

Suppliers will have to increase prices as well creating an acceleration of price escalation down the supply chain.

People can't accept that Obamacare will have consequences

Posted: Nov 15, 2012 7:59 PM

And it won't just be Papa Johns raising prices, WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS CRAP. It isn't all free rainbows and lollipops like was promised...

insurance. OH NOES!

Nobody is complaining about paying an extra fifty cents for a crappy pizza, it's the pathetic public whining of a man who lives in a freaking castle.

Yes, Poppa Johns is the best pizza at the best price of any of the chains. No one is even close. You only hurt yourself by not eating there. GET A LIFE!

Re: So, you obviously voted for Obama, right ?

How long have the students been camping out?

Posted: Nov 14, 2012 9:48 PM

Love my tigers!

The students have been here since 7:00 Saturday Night!

Posted: Nov 14, 2012 10:29 PM

I set up camp across the street covering these courageous students battling the cold. On Monday morning we were awoke by the ROTC. Those crazy kids doing jumping jacks at 6 in the morning. Tuesday saw brutal winds and today was a bitterly cold day. Tomorrow the tickets will be handed out at 7:30. I will have complete coverage starting at 6. Now back to you P

Students have been out there since Sunday. We put ours out at 4 pm Sunday and there were already at least 15-20 tents in front of us.

Re: How long have the students been camping out?

Now if you leave to go to class, do you lose your spot?

Do you have to stay with the tent at all times?

Someone has to be present at all times

Posted: Nov 15, 2012 6:44 AM

Doesn't have to be the same person, but you can't leave the spot vacant.

Mmmmm Papa John's...

Question about Student tickets

Posted: Nov 15, 2012 8:25 AM

Doesn't ALL Clemson students automatically get a ticket
to ALL Clemson home games?
Also, don't they usually sit on the hill,so all tix.s
are the same.....right?

Sooo,why are they camping out,explain.

Re: Question about Student tickets

Not all students sit on the hill. Student seats range from the hill to the upper deck. I imagine students are camping out for the BEST student seating and to get lower deck seats.

Re: Question about Student tickets

Posted: Nov 15, 2012 8:36 AM

All students don't automatically get a ticket, and they're not all on the hill.

wondering same thing

Posted: Nov 15, 2012 8:37 AM

when I was there they gave out tix throughout the week depending on what class you was in. Seniors 1st day, Juniors 2nd, Sophmores & Freshman 3rd.

Basketball was different. 1st come, 1st served

Same here ! Thats how I remeber it in the 80's

Posted: Nov 15, 2012 9:34 PM

but before the money grab . SENIORS took the left side of the 50, Iptay took the right side . Made for a very loud and exciting eperience. Students were first !

But I digress

These are IPTAY collegiate club members

Posted: Nov 15, 2012 8:48 AM

Generally, the underclassmen will join the IPTAY collegiate club because it gives them a better show at lower deck seats. These tickets are handed out 9 days before the game (the Thursday of the week prior).

The regular student ticket distribution for seniors will begin Monday morning. So, another camping line may get set up (probably after the NCSU game) for this distribution. The juniors can get theirs on Tuesday...Sophs and Freshman on Wednesday (I'm not sure if that's the same for next week with the holiday and all). But you can see why a freshman or sophomore would try and take advantage of the IPTAY block seating if possible. I think the lower level seats are generally gone by Tuesday.

Back in the day (I know, here we go again) it was done at the library and we all just wrapped the line around it . It was a ton of fun (serious fun , if ya know what I mean) unless you had a test the next day.

Hardest ticket in my day . ORANGE BOWL (and I scored)
