months on a consistent basis. I can tell you that it works. Not only does it help you maintain your weight, it is also a "90 minute meditation." Once you learn how to breathe in the room and you quit straining to stretch, you will begin to see the benefit.

Some folks thinks it sounds crazy but I can assure you that it is no joke! Crossfit and pro players come in and realize after the first two asanas, that it isn't going to be easy. It wouldn't be appropriate for me to say why it is also a great place to workout so I'll just post a link :)

but I think the closest one is in Easley and that's too much of a drive.

I guarantee the student population could support a studio during the school year at least
