Why do coots think Jake Bentley is so good? Here are some QB stats against us from last year. In fairness to Mr. Bentley I left out the Syracuse's QB performance and in fairness to all of college football I left out GaTech's 1980's offense:

Brown (Bos Coll) 46.7 133 1

Blackmon (FSU) 40.6 208 1
Bentley (SC) 55.2 126 2

Can't see how Bentley is better than any of these guys. Our SC friends want to blame their offensive line. With Zack Bailey and other serviceable lineman can they honestly say their line is worse than Wake Forest?

I can admit Connor Shaw was a good QB. Garcia was an excellent QB who was an undisciplined head case. I don't get their love for Bentley but glad they're keeping him. It will be fun to see the deer in headlights again this November.

Shaw was a much better QB. Good passer and great runner.
