I might be wrong here boys. I thought Tua sat
on the bench the entire
year before he was brought on in the
second half of the final game against UGA.

So Dabo waited fourth games to do the switch
While Saban waited 12 games, 1 playoff game,
and 2 quarters in the final game before doing the switch.
Alabama did the switch
when Saban knew he is about to lose.
He did not take any chances with Tua.

What am I missing here? Yeah Bama chide Tua
this year but he was a proven commodity already
And The two situations are different ...
