So same friend of mine that's been telling me all week that despite what media says, Stoops is a serious candidate and that they were close to a deal of around 8 million.....that there is a possible snag in the negotiations....that Stoops will coach but when Thrasher and Coburn retire that he (Stoops) will take over the AD role. And seems FSU is strongly considering this request.....

And of course, this morning the rumors of Deion Sanders being a candidate are out and I think he's got about as much of a chance as one of the Kardashians.

That would be almost as bad as making the baseball coach the AD. If the results are the same, I hope they do it.

The best part of his hire would be that if it failed epicly, everything would be documented by all the media coverage.

FSU should hire Art Briles...he took a dud program in the Big 12 and made a championship calibre team out of them...FSU would be a perfect fit because any SEX at FSU is Ok...just ask Famis Jamis and the Tallahassee police will cover your backside...Briles has learned his lesson and should not continue to be punished for sex on a college campus...they should have forced the entire campus of the University of Oklahoma to shut down years ago (Switzer blitzer) and UGA, what a gas!
