FBcoach, how much should you have to pay for healthcare?

Do you think it should be free? Should your healthcare for you and your family cost the same to each of us, even if I am single, or don't have any children?
In your opinion, is healthcare a right that should be spelled out as an amendment to the constitution?

When is the gubmint paying up?
I'd imagine some in here see the phrase "...promote the general welfare ans secure the blessings of liberty" in the constitution and firmly believe that the government should provide housing and food as well.

Is this a trick question? Yes, there are lots of people who believe everyone should be housed and fed and there are government programs to assist the poor for this reason.

Each one individually or all together? Do you want me to interpret the entire constitution for you or just the preamble?
I'm not a lawyer or political science major, but seems like the Supreme Court has let Congress spend money however they want which means they get to decide what "general welfare" means.

I don't know if I would call it a right, but in a democracy that is a s well off as this country is, proper health care should be afforded to everyone.
It's not free. There will be taxes, but they should be progressively assessed so that everyone pays their fair share - and no one has to struggle to pay that tax.
Surely we, as a nation, are strong enough to do THAT !!
