the people talking around him are just as loud. You can't hear what he is saying. Can't they put up some barriers to block sound?

A nice directional/shotgun microphone would probably help a great deal. I generally don't watch these videos for the same reasons you mentioned

I can tell we have smart players when they talk our players are coach well on and off field. Not like Lamar Jackson watch this video then Lamar Jackson see the difference.
