It was not Sean White's first offense ... that's why he's suspended longer. Pittway was a first offense. Davis stems back from the Spring.

No to the A$S wiping dawg fan/fans!!! Dabo would never even allow a suspended player to dress out, and you surely wouldn't see a suspended player playing for any reason ever. We have played aubum before with Sammy Watkins, top WR starter being suspended when the game came up. You/y'all will never ever see a player that Dabo Swinney has suspended play regardless of how important it was for the team that they play. But Dabo don't make his rules up as needed, nor does he have a double standard for the importance of the game, rule. In the 2015 NCG against Bama. Deon Cain, #2 WR in receiving yds, Ammon Lakip starting Kicker, Jay Jay McCullough TE, all 3 players were not allowed to travel or play in the NCG against Bama in 2015. Two of those players would have been the difference makers in winning that game and the NC . And we are sure that other fan bases would have called for their coaches head for suspending 3 likely difference makers of winning a NC game!!! But most Clemson fans supported Dabo and his decision to discipline all 3 of those players while knowing the importance of having all 3 in that game!!! All 3 of those players could have contributed offensive points in the game we lost by 5 points!!! If those guys had played for an SEC team, there isn't a criminal charge big enough to keep those types of players out of a NCG!!!

What's the uproar for? The Au players broke team rules and were suspended, served the suspension (1 game) and are now eligible to play Saturday.

When Dabo Swinney's suspension of Sammy Watkins included the Auburn game it, it was a program changer.
It told the players that it didn't matter who you were or how big the game was, if you didn't behave, you wouldn't play. The team got the message, including Watkins. That one tough decision then has made a things a lot easier now.

In 2013 Nick Marshall was cited (not arrested) due to an officer "Smelling Pot" in his car.
Per our guidelines, that didn't require any missed gametime. Gus suspended him for the first half.
I think I remember reading where an arrest would warrant missed PT .... But Gus did it anyway to send a message.
There has been ZERO discipline problems under Gus. Now Chizik was a different story. We had several guys getting arrested for guns/pot/ etc. and many kicked off the team between 2009-2012.
Gus has cleaned it up for sure.

So you jump onto a thread with another SEC infamous homer while giving more info about your team that frankly no one cares about.
I seriously doubt any Clemson fans, that are real fans, troll your Auburn site. If so, we've never heard of it. So my point is, what do expect us to do? Give you and your coach a pat on the back?
It's going to be a competitive game. Is that all that you want to hear? Or do you have more on the Auburn and SEC apologetics that you would like to enlighten us with? I believe the answer is yes, those are your intentions thus far.
If you want to be a fan of your team on the Clemson board, then quit with the apologies for your team and how they are better now at virtually everything. This is what led to "deer auburnfan" CU2013 .

When Ebenezer Ogundeko committed fraud using credit cards, he wasn't merely suspended. He was kicked out of Clemson. So, not even Florida has the right answer on this. Ogundeko could have done great things at Clemson too. At least we have a coach that believes and maintaining the image of Clemson. People don't screw up often, but when they do it can mean the difference between a scholarship or suspension. Dabo doesn't play games. In fact, he'd rather go 0-12 than deal with a team full of undisciplined criminals like the SEC has. Heck, I'm convinced that Winston would have been dismissed for his shenanigans as well.

Why are people making a big deal out of this? It would appear they had a one game suspension, which they served in the first game. Why is this being framed as if Auburn is canceling their suspensions in order to allow them to play for the Clemson game?
