Coach speak for Kelly Bryant is the starter by default because he's the only one who has ever really played in a game

I would love Kelley to come out and ball he's from SC and he's been here 3 years but I just hope this isn't goin to be a stoutd and DW situation where it's painfully obvious who should be starting but atleast we get Kent st b4 auburn to try couple out first didn't have that luck last time opening at Georgia. But hey I just want best man to win and trust the staff they see more than me lol Go Tigers!!

The problem here is the poor kid is a great runner, but cant hit the broad side of the proverbial barn. The few times he played last year other defenses knew it and brought everybody up. They dared him to throw the ball. Eight men in the box heck, I think at one time they had ten with only a safety back. No way he's the starter by fall unless he found a passing game in his Cracker Jacks this spring.

IMO we haven't seen Kelly play enough to tell how good of a thrower he is. He seems to be a little gun shy which is concerning or the coaches just told him "don't turn it over" when they put him in and it spooked him.
He's an amazing athlete and I think he could win 9+ games for us this year. FSU is the only one I wouldn't consider a favorite against if he was QB.
