If this is a serious enough personal issue to justify missing practice I don't think I would keep him from starting since its senior day. I would let him play the first down and then take him out for a while.

Makes me wonder if Dabo doesn't think it was serious enough to merit missing practice.

With that said, Dabo has always done an outstanding job of handling these situations so, coach on Dabo!

The personal issue is his injury.

He is resting and getting well for South & North Carolina. Seems pretty obvious to me.
