FACT: Outside SC NObody knows cOOts beat TiGs 5 times..OR

even cares. Of course the Coots do care as we do too..but the general college football public realizes both Teams have done well the last few years..that both SC & Clemson play some great ball & win much more than losing..and both are on TV a lot of the time..and go to very good bowls against some very good Teams..winning over Wisconsin & Ohio St the last time out, for example.

The difference "may be" Clemson goes to better bowls overall imo..gets a little better bowl opponent..gets equal media coverage considering SC is in the SEC/ESPN power base..even though CU is a much younger/smaller/isolated school which still has a 24+- overall lead on the Coots in 100+ years of play (the first 60+ games being played in Columbia only, which was a crime) .

Saying..Clemson has nothing to be ashamed of But Fear itself..fear of losing to the Coots again by trying too hard with such great talent.

But, every dog has its day, and that day is so near!

The other truth is that outside of South Carolina no one knows what the 100+ year history is. But, you can bet that current recruits who have been playing football since the 8th grade no what the last HALF-DECADE has been like. Reality sucks but....it is reality.
