what a rather funny sounding but deadly word especially in the world of football.

It has cost many a good team to lose (take Clemson at usc last year of 5peat)..and helped a bad team to beat a great team.

So, what is the origin of the word Fumble?

i know, look it up..but know i’m lazy & never heard of Google! LoL

what year was the word Fumble 1st used in Football largon?

Probably by Knutt Rockne or John Heisman imho when they were about to use the F word but instead used Fumble instead. Makes sense.
