that I get on Tigernet, a clear white banner about two inches
high comes up on the bottom of screen. It a close button but
comes back in a matter of sec's. Does anyone have a clue to this?

It's an advertisement. Sometimes the ad doesn't finish loading which is how it ends up being a clear white banner at times.

I didn't realize my first post about this was on here
