I open Tigernet, a clear white banner comes up on bottom of screen
and when I close it, it reappears in a matter of sec's. Does anyone
have a clue to what this is?

before but it didn't have the white background. It shouldn't reappear after closing unless you load another page, but maybe that's what you mean.

I'm going to see if I can get the white background removed. Thanks.
