Total points: 16 (first-place votes: 1)

Notable: Etienne, who stayed in the Heisman race much of last season, continued to stand out in his first game of the season. He rushed for 102 yards and a touchdown on 72 carries -- including one 29-yard run -- in the Tigers' win.

Only a SEC RB could win the Heisman while averaging only 1.4 YPC though.

man, what a work horse

As much as I'd like to see TL or ETN win a Heisman, I don't

think that a Clemson player is ever going to win it.

It may have gone to the "best" player once upon a time but the current iteration is mostly about stat padding and Dabo has shown no interest in doing that.

I haven't watched a presentation ceremony since CJ Spiller got snubbed in '09 (including the years DW4 went).

Same here... haven't watched since DeShaun was snubbed. But the next time a Tiger is there, I'll watch.
