Enough with the upset alert crap

Nov 24, 2017, 9:22 AM

I know ESPN needs people to tune in and thats why they are all calling for upset alert to keep the fans interested... But everyone else needs to relax. Unless we go out there and beat ourselves (ie 3 or 4 turnovers) this should be a cake walk. Here are the facts

The Coots are 103 in the country in total Offense.
We are 8 in the country in total defense.

The Coots won 8 games! WooHoo, however their strength of schedule is 58
We won 10 games... with the #4 hardest SOS
https://www.teamrankings.com/college-football/ranking/schedule-strength-by-other

With that #58 schedule they have average only 21 points per game on offense and giving up 19.6 on defense
With our #4 schedule we have averaged 35 points per game on offense and giving up 14 points on defense.

Our team is chock full of 5 stars and 4 star athletes
Their only 4 star athlete was Debo Samuel and he is hurt

This game will not be close
Score Clemson:35 South Carolina: 10

I agree. The media hacks are driving this to keep up interest. Tigers should win going away again.

Go Tigers!!!
