Will Muschamp somehow rode Mack Brown's coat tails and fooled Texas into naming him HC in Waiting. Maybe Texas finally wised up towards the end and left him out in the wind to become a fool somewhere else.
Next he fooled Florida, Auburn and now South Carolina into hiring him. He is no better than Kevin Steele, a fellow disaster in his own right. Muschamp somehow stays employed delivering a steady stream of low end mediocrity, embarrassing behavior and embarrassing losses!
Here's to hoping he stays in Cootlumbia forever !

Tanner was even more desperate than Muschamp was.
At least seven other coaches turned-down the $CU job or politely withdrew their names from any further consideration and Muschamp knew that Gus Malzahn was going fire him.

Good enough that only the most elite wouldn't consider him.
But to say the least he is my favorite coach in the country. Who better to be the coach in cooterville. It's pure bliss. Absolutely the best hire for them. He's hyped enough to give them hope but at the end of the day he is mustcamp and he's gonna do what mustcamp does.
